Client: PainTrain My Health Summary (personal project)
Brief: To empower people living with ongoing health issues to achieve greater health outcomes.
Outcome: (Stage 1) A simple website interface inviting patients to communicate their own pain experiences by creating a personalised (private) profile that can be shared with their HCPs and carers.
(Stage 2) In response to the embrace of telehealth through COVID-19, PainTrain My Health Summary was rebranded to My Health Story in order to help people living with other chronic conditions such as Dementia and Stroke.
(Stage 3) App development due end April, 2022.
